Yvette began her ICT career with Celltel Telecommunications, followed by Africa Online and through to Accelon, which was acquired by Dimension Data in 2008 and rebranded to Internet Solutions. As CEO, Yvette transformed IS Internet Solutions Ghana into the country’s leading service provider, doubling its revenue and winning numerous awards.
Yvette’s contributions to the business and ICT communities have been widely recognized with awards such as ICT Woman and Industry Personality, CIMG Marketing Woman of the Year 2017, International recognition at the Pan African awards by CEO Global in 2018/2019, Woman Rising top 50 corporate women leaders in Ghana, and National Women in STEM Honours.
A vocal advocate for women in business and the development of the next generation of leaders, Yvette has mentored young girls in ICT for over ten years in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications/International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and Dimension Data.
Yvette holds an MA in IT Law from the UG School of Law; has studied Strategy and Management at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a PGD in Marketing of Services from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands; a CBA in Business Administration from GIMPA, Ghana and is an alumna of the University of Ghana, where she studied Law and Philosophy, majoring in Sociology. Yvette is a past President and member of the Zonta Club of Accra II and the Executive Women Network. She currently serves on the board of Access Bank (Ghana) Plc. and on the Governing Council of the University of Ghana, Legon
Kelvin has over 20 years’ experience in finance, strategy, tax and law. He is currently one of three c-suite executives with the Africa-focused fintech, Fido (FIDO).
He was co-founder and senior partner at LIMA Partners, a transaction advisory firm that advised on some of the largest infrastructure projects in West Africa, including the $960M Cenpower IPP and the $1B GE/Early Power IPP. He has also advised some of the world’s largest (Fortune 50) tech companies on their West Africa operating structures.
Prior to founding LIMA Partners, Kelvin was associate director of the tax advisory division of Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors (now ensAfrica Ghana), and also held the role of the Group’s joint Chief Operating Officer. He previously worked with the international tax division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he advised clients in Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Gambia. He started his career as a trainee at Badiko & Associates.
Kelvin is a chartered accountant (ACCA, UK and ICA, Ghana), a Barrister (admitted to the UK Bar), and holds a PGDip from Nottingham Law School and LLM from London South Bank University.
He sits on the boards of Fugro Ghana Limited (the Ghanaian subsidiary of the Dutch-listed Oil & Gas services group), APSD – Ghana and Eco Atlantic amongst others.
Gloria currently serves as a Managing Partner at consultancy AUCTUS Limited and is a non-executive board member at Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited. She chairs the bank’s Credit Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Gloria also holds the position of executive director at GIED Limited.
Prior to her current roles, Gloria held senior leadership positions at Glo-Mobile Ghana and First Atlantic Merchant Bank. Her expertise across the domain areas of strategy, finance, governance, risk, and leadership has been gained over 20 years working both within large corporate organisations and as a trusted consultant.
Gloria holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ghana Business School and a BA in Law and Economics from KNUST. She has attended the Executive Program in Value Creation for Owners and Directors at INSEAD Fontainbleau, France, the Executive Program in Strategy and Organisation, at Stanford Business School and Wharton Business School’s Decision-Making, Thinking Critically and Rationally Program.
George currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at dds55, having previously worked as Chief Information Technology Officer, Lead Technical Consultant and Technology Operations Manager at leading global and local organisations including t Dimension Data Ghana, Dimension Data West Africa and Internet Solutions,
George is a highly qualified and experienced technical expert, holding a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MSc in Electrical Engineering, and combines this knowledge with a detailed understanding of business having gained a PhD in Business Administration and worked extensively in corporate organisations.
George was actively involved in professional organisations such as the Ghana Internet Service Providers Association (GISPA), the Data Protection Commission of Ghana (DPC), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
George understands the critical importance of ICT in driving business growth and delivering great customer experiences, and this combined with his knowledge and experience in crafting scalable solutions incorporating cloud computing, IoT and Artificial Intelligence has led to the development of many innovative solutions adopted by global organisations. His is highly proficient in ITIL and Service Management and holds numerous Cisco certifications in network design and project management.
Joshua is an ICT industry stalwart with over 30 years advancing the accessibility and availability of ICT nationally and internationally to enable social and economic growth and to accelerate universal digital inclusion. he currently holds the position of Chairman for TCGL, a Telecom/ICT consulting company.
A qualified electrical and electronics engineer, Joshua has held positions in both private and public organisations in Ghana and internationally. He spent 15 years working at Texas Instruments in the USA and held the position of Director, Regulation and Licensing with the National Communications Authority (NCA) Ghana.
As a member of numerous committees and working groups of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), Joshua has been a huge influencer and contributor to many communications standards that have been adopted worldwide.
His experience, knowledge and expertise saw him elected as Vice-Chairman of the African region for the Telecommunications Standarisation Advisory Group (TSAG) for a period of three years from 2009. He has also chaired a number of sub- committees focused on issues of interest and/or concern for African regulators during the WTSA and WICT conferences in Dubai in 2012.
Joshua has served as Chairman of the National Multi-Stakeholder committee established by the Government of Ghana and as Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Digital Broadcasting Migration Committee (DBMC), and additionally, a board member of Ghana Commercial Bank.
Zandile (Zandi) is Executive Chairwoman of South African based ETS Innovations, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer and successfully grown the company; doubling its market value.
For over 25 years Zandi has held leadership and executive level positions in multicultural ICT businesses and led multi-disciplinary teams. Her ICT domain expertise has seen her hold executive roles at global companies such as IBM Global Business Services (where she was a Partner), Dimension Data (Director: Sales & Transformation) and Internet Solutions (Executive Director: Public Sector), as well as regional organisations such as Quintica where she held the position of CEO.
Zandi sits on a number of boards as a non-executive director, including Tsebo Solutions Group, Bridgestone South Africa Pty Ltd. She has previously sat on boards, in an executive capacity, for Dimension Data MEA Pty Ltd, Internet Solutions Pty Ltd, and at Plessy Pty Ltd as non-executive director and chairperson.
Having obtained an MA in International Journalism from City University (London, UK), Zandi continued her higher education with a Master of Business Administration from Durham University (UK). She has certificates in Telecommunications Policy and Regulatory Management and a certificate in Corporate Communications. Zandi has participated and completed numerous Executive Leadership Programmes from recognised organisations such as University of Cape Town and Wits Business School.
Ebenezer (Eben) holds the position of Finance Director and M&A Lead at dds55 and is a Managing Partner at AOB and Associates.
With over 20 years’ developing financial strategies and advising across multi- disciplines including tax, financial management, reporting and control, risk management, governance and mergers and acquisitions, Eben is highly experienced in successfully transforming and growing the financial health and stability of organisations. He has worked extensively in multi-cultural environments and served clients across multiple countries.
Prior to his current positions Eben held a number of executive level roles, including Regional Chief Finance Officer for Multichoice Africa, Chief Financial Officer at IS Internet Solutions Ghana, and Accounting, Reporting & Tax Manager at Maersk Ghana Limited, having begun his career as Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young.
Recognised as a leader in his field, Eben has lectured and instructed courses in Management Accounting and Computer Application at the University of Ghana Business School and Simon Page Business School.
Eben holds an MBA Finance and Accounting from University of Liverpool, a BSc Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from University of Ghana. He is a Chartered Accountant registered in both Ghana (Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana) and Zambia (Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants).
Ellis Atekpe is a seasoned banking executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence. He has extensive experience in fund-raising, investment advisory and Mergers and Acquisitions. He is the Co-founder of Dynamic Data Solutions LTD and GHL Bank, contributing to its vision, mission, and corporate governance structure.
As the Executive Director of GHL Bank, he managed the Operations Division of the bank encompassing IT, HR and Legal. Ellis directed the selection and implementation of the bank’s foundational platforms and was integral in the transformation of a Mortgage Company (Ghana Home Loans PLC) into a fully-fledged Bank (GHL Bank).
Ellis Atekpe has over the past two decades contributed to the growth of various companies including HFC Bank as Head of Mortgage Operations; Investment Promotion and Client Advisory Service Manager for Goldshield Contact Services in the UK where he spearheaded the development of a multi-national client base of corporate and institutional clients.
In his role as the Chief Operating Officer of First National Bank LTD, Ellis has been instrumental in steering the Company through significant milestones, including the successful merger with GHL Bank and the deployment of a transformative banking platform across multiple jurisdictions. His professional experience spans oversight of global market operations, trade operations, credit fulfillment and customer experience enhancement through technology and digitalization. He is responsible for policy formulation, strategic planning, and implementation. Ellis is Chair, Design Authority.
He is enthusiastic about business growth, youth, and ICT. Ellis is an alum of L’Institut d’Administration des Enterprises- JAE Paris and Sorbonne University, Paris France where he studied Corporate Management and Finance, including a BSc in Economics from the University of Buckingham, England.

Carl A. Sackey boasts over 25 years of distinguished career in IT management and technical expertise, complemented by extensive C-suite experience. Recognized internationally in IT Governance, Carl specializes in Cyber Security, IT Risk, IT Audit, Data Privacy, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Management. His strategic input was instrumental in the rollout of several national digitalization projects under the auspices of Ghana’s Vice President’s office.
An accredited trainer and mentor, Carl has shaped the careers of many IT professionals across the public and private sectors. He leads CS Consulting and Services Limited as CEO, providing expert advisory in IT Governance, Risk Management, and Cyber Security.
Carl holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from KNUST and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School. His ongoing commitment to professional development is evidenced by numerous certifications and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Florence Teiko Dadzie is an accomplished bilingual legal, governance, and company secretarial professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently, she serves as a member of the Corporate Governance Institute UK, The Institute of Directors Ghana, and the Global Alternative Dispute Resolution Association (ADR) Ghana Region. Her extensive expertise covers corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance services, and regulatory matters for both local and international companies.
Florence’s career highlights include advising startup companies on setup and compliance, providing strategic decision support, and managing corporate liquidations. Her deep understanding of employment law, company law, and corporate and personal immigration law has made her a key asset in navigating complex legal environments.
She holds a Masters in Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership, an LLB, and a Diploma in Bilingual Secretaryship from the University of Law UK, along with a BA in French and Linguistics. Florence is committed to mentorship, having supported the next generation of business leaders in aligning strategic planning with governance best practices.
Gifty has been promoting, supporting and championing education for over 30 years on the local, national and international stages. She is a highly acclaimed advocate for the professional development of women and positive workplace cultures.
Gifty has held positions at highly recognised educational institutions in the USA and Canada with multi-billion dollar revenues. Most recently she was Vice Provost for Global Initiatives & Senior International Officer at the University of Rhode Island, prior to which she was Vice Provost for Global Strategies and International Affairs at The Ohio State University.
Gifty’s expertise spans strategic planning, change and risk management, operations, policy development, program development and implementation, advocacy and diplomacy. Over
her three-decade career her leadership led to the establishment of highly successful bilateral and multilateral partnerships across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, North America, South America, New Zealand and Australia. These partnerships led to better and more educational opportunities, facilitated and enabled effective global collaboration in research and development, and aided student mobility, and multi-cultural exposure.
Her advocacy for accessible education led to her both teaching and mentoring graduate and undergraduate students, as well as coaching the next generation of academic leadership. In 2018 Gifty was recognized with the prestigious Ohio State University’s “Glass Breakers” award.
